Meridian Private Residences is a luxury condminium complex located just off the strip at Flamingo and Koval. Meridan is a collection of 5 residence buildings with 683 units and 1 main club house. The units are tyically upgraded except for a few units in building 6 that did not get completed during the remodel.
Meridian was built in 1992 and remodeled around 2005. The remodel included a major renovation of the property which now features 2 tennis courts, a fitness center, 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, and a raquetball court. Meridian was operated a hotel for a short period of time and is still a popoular destination for short term renters who love the perfect combination of location and luxury.
